Sedina(이하 "회사")은 모바일 게임 Numpang(숫자팡)(이하 "서비스")을 운영하며, 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하고 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 서비스가 어떤 정보를 수집·이용·보관·제공하는지 설명합니다.
서비스는 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있으며, 이름·전화번호·이메일·주소 등 직접적인 개인식별정보는 수집하지 않습니다.

수집한 정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보관하며, 이용자가 앱 내 「데이터 초기화」를 실행하거나 아래 연락처로 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 접속 IP는 남용 방지 목적의 단기 처리 후 삭제됩니다. 결제 기록은 관련 법령상 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
서비스 서버는 일본(도쿄)에 위치하며, 서비스 제공을 위해 위 3항의 사업자를 통해 정보가 국외에서 처리될 수 있습니다.
이용자는 언제든 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱 내 「데이터 초기화」로 기기 저장 데이터를 삭제하거나, kimlawchat@gmail.com 으로 요청해 주세요. 광고 맞춤설정은 기기 설정의 「광고 ID 재설정/삭제」로 조정할 수 있습니다.
본 서비스는 만 14세(대한민국) / 만 13세(그 외 지역) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS), 접근 통제, 최소 수집 원칙을 적용합니다.

회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 공유(교차 문맥 맞춤광고 목적)하지 않습니다. 캘리포니아 주민은 알 권리·삭제 권리·차별받지 않을 권리를 가집니다.
회사는 이용목적의 범위 내에서 적정하게 개인정보를 취급하며, 이용자는 공개·정정·이용정지를 청구할 수 있습니다.

Sedina ("we") operates the mobile game Numpang ("Service"). We respect your privacy and comply with applicable laws. This policy explains what information the Service collects, uses, stores, and shares.
The Service can be used without sign-up. We do not collect direct identifiers such as your name, phone number, email, or address.

We retain data while you use the Service. You can delete on-device data via "Reset data" in the app, or request deletion at the contact below; we will delete without undue delay. IP addresses are processed briefly for abuse prevention and then discarded. Purchase records may be retained where required by law.
Our servers are located in Japan (Tokyo), and data may be processed outside your country via the providers listed in Section 3.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data at any time. Use "Reset data" in the app, or contact kimlawchat@gmail.com. You can reset/delete your Advertising ID in your device settings.
The Service is not directed to children under 14 (Korea) / 13 (elsewhere), and we do not knowingly collect children's data. If we learn we have, we delete it promptly.
We apply transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and data minimization.
Legal bases: performance of a contract (gameplay, purchases), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, improvement), and consent (personalized ads). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents have the rights to know, delete, and non-discrimination.
We handle personal data within the stated purposes; you may request disclosure, correction, and suspension of use.
We will announce changes via in-app notice or this page.
